National Program Director, Interwoven Connections

Tracy is a key business leader responsible for driving growth-oriented communications and engagement strategies, with experience in both technology organizations and non-profit/community agencies. As the National Program Director for the National Consortium on AFCCA, Tracy partners with researchers, community organizations, families, child welfare advocates, and social services practitioners to increase awareness of AFCCA across Canada, to amplify the voices of youth and their families, and to mobilize knowledge in ways that affects policy, systems, services, research, and professional practice. In her ongoing work with Interwoven Connections, Tracy is responsible for organizational strategies and initiatives that build scale and sustainability for the future.

Roger Mak

Roger is a technology visionary and innovator with a track record of delivering successful programs and driving innovation in the tech industry. With extensive experience in software development, system design, and project management, Roger has provided cutting-edge solutions to top Canadian businesses, empowering them to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape. With a diverse experience in the ITC, healthcare, automotive, telecommunications, financial services, and aerospace industries, Roger acutely understands how technology impacts various sectors. He has successfully managed teams, built strong client relationships, and played pivotal roles in startup ventures, including leading the company to an IPO at TSX. In addition, Roger’s innovative product design earned him recognition, including the prestigious InfoWorld’s “Green IT Award”. In his current role at Process Fusion, Roger focuses on helping non-profit organizations and the Ministry drive bigger social impact through digital transformation. He remains at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, empowering organizations to gain advantages with AI/machine learning, data science, intelligent process automation, and cloud migration.
