Most recently he has been responsible for technology infrastructure and support, communication strategies and facilities management at Family Service Toronto, one of the city’s largest and oldest social service agencies. Priority projects have included deployment of a new client record data system, rollout of a cyber security strategy with multi-factor authentication and the pending launch of a modern cloud-based intranet for enhanced employee engagement and communications.

He remains at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, empowering organizations to gain advantages with AI/machine learning, data science, intelligent process automation, and cloud migration.
