Daniel is a senior IT leader with 20+ years of experience in the retail, supply chain and e-com industries.
He spent the majority of his career at Canadian Tire supporting the organization’s digital transformation journey and implementing new technologies to enhance in-store customer experiences.
He was also responsible for Canadian Tire’s core data center and has managed teams offshore including India and eastern Europe.More recently, he has focused on modernizing United Way’s digital capabilities, including their Business Intelligence capabilities and developing specialized social sector mobile apps.
United Way BC is going through a transformation after recent acquisitions and moving towards it’s vision of becoming a modern non-profit. He has also been helping with integrating systems to support recent M&As, and is exploring new ways to grow revenue, further community impact and streamline operations using data, system automation and digital capabilities.
