As a long-term partner with Ingram Micro and member of the global Trust X Alliance, we are excited to collaborate with Ingram Micro and Microsoft.
Process Fusion has been experiencing rapid growth in two of our Azure-powered SaaS offerings—PF360 Print InfinityCloud and PF360 Capture Cloud. Because of growth in users and transaction volumes, our infrastructure team recognized the needed optimizing performance and consumption of our Azure environment.
Together with Microsoft, the Ingram Micro Cloud team provided consulting services to our infrastructure team, with the goal of adopting Azure best practices and further providing an array of capabilities—including overall security improvements for its Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) deployment; security patch automation; adoption of the principle of least privilege; improved solution monitoring; and database encryption at the application and disk levels.
By leveraging multiple Azure technologies our teams were able to optimize our Azure resources to ensure high availability, security, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Process Fusion can now easily manage its SaaS growth by harnessing the Azure scale-on-demand capabilities. The security recommendations also enabled Process Fusion to achieve SOC2 Type-2 certification in 2020.
“Individually, we’re strong. Collectively, we’re extraordinary. Through our partnership with Ingram Micro and Ingram Micro Cloud, we can leverage Ingram’s strength and global reach to expand our business.” Daniel Cheng, Chief Marketing Officer at Process Fusion
